The first of which states that the spirit of man returns to the? One who created it...no other details about what happens after it returns. The second of which you pulled out of a chapter that clearly talks about people standing before God, being judged, and thrown into a lake of fire forever...? Seriously....you choose to do this?

I wonder how that works??? As i stated before hell is derived from the word sheol defined to be "a place that? you o when you die" (the grave). The flesh will return to the grave/hell, and the spirit will return to whence it came. That is also found in the scriptures. Your hell story is full of fallacy

So, by your doctrine my flesh is going to be tormented forever in Hell? But my soul will be with God? Then why did Christ and His followers warn their believers about Hell? ? You cannot overlook that just because it fits your beliefs. Rev 20 states that the devil, beast, HELL, and every person not written in the Book of Life will be tormented in a lake of fire forever. That clearly means that some people WILL spend eternity separated from God because they are not in the book!

I have shared multiple scripture passages that clearly state the opposite. All you have given is your opinion and a few? misquoted verses. Show me full passages...not just singled out verses, that explain Hell in the way you are stating it. If this is a clear Biblical truth then you should have no trouble showing me multiple examples where Christ, Paul, John, and others taught this. I don't want your opinion or feelings. Show me IN SCRIPTURE where Hell should not be feared.

We cannot build an entire theology on one or two verses, but have to look at the entire Word of God. ? Psalm 91:4 says that God will cover us with His wings and feathers, but I am sure that He is not a cosmic chicken. If what you say is true, then Jesus would have said that all men should not fear eternal punishment because only your body is going to be destroyed. He never did...instead he speaks of an eternal punishment that affects the punished person's soul.

Again...not true based on His word. Matt 10:28 - "Do not fear those who kill the body but are unable to kill the soul; but rather fear Him who is able to destroy both? soul and body in hell." - This is not something that can be based on feelings or preferences. The Word is clear and very specific.
